1. Must I sign a waiver to enter Jump Up Trampoline Park?

Yes, all jumpers AND observers MUST sign a waiver. For maximum convenience, we have Wavier form available online and off-line. You can sign the Waiver at our reception when you arrive at the facility or you can sign from computer or mobile.

Anyone under 18 must have a waiver signed by parent or legal guardian. Grandparents, siblings, nannies, aunts/uncles, and other family members without court issued guardianship are not considered legal guardians. If you are bringing children or teen who are not your kids - for birthdays or play-dates - please remember to get waiver signed by their parents before you come. Permission by phone or email is not sufficient. Once you have a signed waiver on file, it is valid for subsequent visits at Flight for one full year. 

2. Okay, so there are trampoline... but what can we do at JumpUp?

You can bounce around on our main trampoline court, play intense trampoline dodge ball, do tricks into the foam pit, perfect your skills on our professional area, get a grueling JumpUp trampoline workout, on our trampoline basketball rim. You get the idea.

4. Do I need to buy Advance Tickets to Jump at JumpUp?

Walk-ins are always welcome and typically we are able to accommodate you. However, on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays breaks we DO SELL OUT.

You can pre-purchase your flight time and secure your time spot by purchasing tickets online. Follow the "Tickets" button on the top of the page to purchase tickets online. Online tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

5. Is JumpUp dangerous?

JumpUp employs the latest technology and safety engineering to ensure that your jumping experience is as safe as possible. Like any vigorous sporting activity, injuries can and do occur. However, injuries are rare and usually quite minor.

A recent study of trampoline park across the Globe found an injury incident rate of 0.02%, with the most common injuries being trampoline burns and bruises. Trampoline Parks have a better safety rate than any competitive sport; even safer than bowling! Follow our safety rules and the chances of injury are even less.

6. Are there any age limits or restrictions?

JumpUp is available and fun for every age! We have special offers for Kids below age 4. During Kids Jump, one accompanying adult can jump free with the kiddos. Check out our activities tab to get more details on various activities.


7. Can I just come and watch my Kids?

Yes, you may go back into the trampoline arena as an observer without purchasing a ticket. However, you must still sign a waiver to enter the arena and you MUST wear JumpUp trampoline socks. 

8. What should I wear?

Something comfortable! You will be having a blast and getting a great workout so exercise gear is fine. JumpUp Socks only on the Trampoline Arena. We sell special JumpUp Socks at the door with "grippy" bottoms that helps you get the most out of your jumping experience. Price is BD.500/pair.

9. Does JumpUp do Birthday Parties?

Yes! The best in the Connecticut! Please check our Book Online tab for all details about birthday parties with JumpUp. We provide set up, simple utensils and paper goods, and a dedicated party assistant. Jumpers are not allowed to go back onto the trampolines once their 1 hour jump has ended.

10. Can I rent JumpUp exclusively for parties?

Yes, you can. Depends on availability. Contact JumpUp to check the availability.

11. What is the cancelation policy?

NO refunds or rescheduling of pre-purchased flight tickets.
